Our story

Family and female-owned

Royce Arms is a Texas company, formed in 2010 and owned by the Royce family. Laila Royce runs operations and the shop floor; Brian Royce handles ordering, shipping, and the technical side of the business. It is a small house by design, and the people who own it are the people you deal with.

Curation over catalog

We are not trying to stock everything. We would rather carry a short, considered list of firearms we know well than a wall of inventory we do not. What is on the shelf is there because we chose it, and we are honest about what is actually in stock on any given day rather than listing what we wish we had.

We shoot what we sell. The guidance you get comes from handling these firearms ourselves, not from a spec sheet.

The same care, either way

A first-time buyer who has never held a pistol and a collector looking for something specific get the same attention here. No pressure, no talking down, no rushing. We take the time to understand what you want the firearm to do and help you find the one that fits.

Houston roots

We are on Newman Street, in Houston, and we have been part of this city for years. When you cannot find what you are after, our sourcing service is built to go look for it — hard-to-find firearms are a large part of what we do.

Building something boutique

Our aim is straightforward: a calmer, more considered way to buy a serious firearm, closer to a fine-watch or custom-knife experience than a big-box counter. That is the standard we hold ourselves to with every person who walks in.

We are also pursuing women-owned (WBENC) certification as part of formally recognizing how the business is owned and run.
