Our orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location—no shipments are processed on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship internationally.

All free shipping promos are for the contiguous US only. AK, HI, and other territories will incur additional shipping fees. Just so you know, our shipping rates are based on FedEx pricing. If you or your dealer prefer to use other shippers or would like to upgrade your shipping, please let us know, and we will give you the estimated adjusted shipping rates for your request.

Certain products, such as firearms and receivers, must ship to a licensed dealer in your state. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department if you need help finding a transfer dealer. We require a signed copy of the transfer dealer FFL before shipment. Please get in touch with your dealer to ensure they will accept your firearm order. License copies can be sent to [email protected] or upload as a PDF at checkout.

Our inventory changes rapidly. While we make every attempt to ensure that the information on our website is correct, we can not guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the price or description. In the event that an order is cancelled, we will not charge the customer, and we will return funds in full if payment has been sent.

We do our best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but unfortunately, an item may get oversold. If we can secure that item in a timely manner we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available timely we will refund your order immediately. Please note, each bank is different as to how quickly your bank applies the funds back to your account. The refund could take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to show on your account.

Most new products ship with a full manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Other products, including used firearms or optics, are not guaranteed by Royce Arms. All warranties are through the manufacturer and not Royce Arms LLC. Please reach out to our customer service department for more information.

All firearm sales are final once transferred, so please make sure you order the correct item. Once your firearm arrives at your transferring dealer, please inspect it thoroughly before completing the transfer paperwork. If there is any damage to the firearm, please contact us immediately and DO NOT complete the transfer paperwork. If you take delivery of the firearm and later find an issue, it will need to be sent back directly to the manufacturer for repairs. We will help you coordinate a claim if needed, but any warranty expenses will need to be worked out between you and the manufacturer directly. If the weapon is found to be defective while still at the dealer, we will get the weapon shipped back to us and do our best to replace the item, offer you an alternative, or issue a refund depending on availability.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately.

With the exception of Firearms, ammunition, and optics, you may return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days, along with proof of purchase by mail or in person at our location. If you are returning items by mail, it is the customers responsibility to ship the items back to us. Items not in original condition and packaging are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% or could be rejected after review. Returns after 30 days are subject to review and store credit only. If we erroneously sent you the wrong item, please accept our apology as we do our best to ensure accuracy. If this does happen, please contact us immediately so we can quickly correct this for you. If this is a firearm requiring a transfer, leave the weapon with the dealer and DO NOT TRANSFER it into your name. Once it has transferred, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All firearm sales are final once transferred.
